Practicalities
Underneath you will find a brick of the “practicalities” you can easily access to by clicking on the underneath titles of your interest:
- through the secured PayPal website,
- by Bank transfer.

PAYPAL:
Please pay attention:
- If you have an EBay account, use your Ebay login & password in the right part of the screen where you see “Log in to PayPal”.
- If not: go to the left side part of the screen, where you see "Why use PayPal?" and click on the "Don't have a PayPal account?" where you can easily fulfil your payment without having to register on the PayPal site.
- PayPal sends you a confirmation-mail so you know your transaction succeeded.

The exchange of delicate information - like your credit card number- goes between you and the 100% protected PayPal site. This means that The Cherry on the Cake hasn't got access to this information. While filling in your bank details you are not on our server, but on the protected PayPal server. Once your payment is accepted, you receive a confirmation by e-mail. BANK TRANSFER:
- To pay by bank transfer, please run through the checkout process and press on the button "Place your order". You will then be directed to the PayPal site, which you can ignore.
- Then & only then, we will be able to see who you are, what you bought & where it needs to be shipped.
- Please send us a mail with in the title "bank transfer".
- We will then mail you our bank account number back and the message to add on the transfer.
- Once we received the payment, your present will be shipped.
We ship in Belgium and Europe with Kilopost a service offered by De Post / La Poste.
Shipping outside Europe goes through FedEx. Please ask for price.

Product prices are tax included. Delivery charges include handling and are not calculated in the price unless mentioned explicitly.
Shipping is free if you buy for 130 € or more within BENELUX.
The post woman or man personally delivers your parcel to you.
If you cannot be reached:
- De Post leaves a notification in the letterbox and holds the item for fourteen days at the nearest post office for collection.
- The addressee can also request a second presentation at the same address or even elsewhere (family, neighbours, workplace) at no extra cost.

We deliver products in Belgium in maximum 7 working days if products are in stock.
We sell a lot of unique items. Should the ordered products not be in stock (all of them, some or temporarily),we mail you the exact status of your order.
For delivery outside Belgium, please count maximum 10 working days.
Most of the designers have their own very nice packaging.
We pack all our goods in any case in lovely "Cherry" gift wrapping for you and your loved ones.
